In order to learn how to listen to your body while discovering an important part of Indian culture and spirituality, the practice of Yoga is the most appropriate, accessible to all.
For many, Yoga helps to relax and soothe their minds stressed by everyday life; for some, it helps to keep fit and finally for others, it promotes good mental and physical health.

But yoga is above all a philosophy of life whose goal is to achieve unity of body, mind and spirit. Yoga means "union", it is the union of the individual soul and the universal consciousness. This practice is therefore similar to Ayurvedic medicine which does not dissociate the body and the mind to heal a person.

You will find below the list of articles concerning the practice of yoga at SITA cultural center.
