Half-day Ayurveda medicine’s workshop

The ancient Indian medical system, also known as Ayurveda, is based on ancient writings that rely on a “natural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world’s oldest medical systems and remains one of India’s traditional health care systems.

Ayurvedic treatment combines products (mainly derived from plants, but may also include animal, metal, and mineral), diet, exercise, and lifestyle. Many well-designed clinical trials and systematic research reviews have shown that Ayurvedic medicinal approaches are effective and its popularity is rising all over the world.

Our Ayurvedic medicine instructor

Fleur, one of the founders of SITA cultural center, studied medicine for five year in France and Spain. To broaden her knowledge, she started exploring various medicinal practices; she went travelling around Asia to specialize in oriental healing practices and Ayurveda.

She made India her home more than and a decade ago and since then; she has been sharing her knowledge through various classes and workshops on oriental and Ayurvedic medicine. She teaches and trains interested individuals to understand their ayurvedic composition and suggests ayurvedic lifestyle as suited for their body types.

She offers a half day ayurvedic medicine initiation workshop wherein, you will be taught to understand the concept of Ayurveda and the ayurvedic composition of your body, known as the three Doshas : vata, kapha, and pitta). This will help you to identify the dosha that hampers your well-being.
